4. Do you feel stressed out?
5. Does your energy feel completely depleted?
Many of us don’t take the time to check in on ourselves and our mental health state.
It’s ok to ask yourself these things on a regular basis and take that “me time” to recharge, rejuvenate, refresh and de-stress.
Take that mental health day.
That’s what sick days, personal days, hobbies, spa days and etc are made for.
So take your “me day” you deserve it.
